No Signature required -
Fedex may release the package without anyone present. This option may not be available for all shipments or to all destinations.
Indirect Signature required -
Fedex may release the package in any of the 3 ways: obtaining a signature fro someone at the delivery address; acquiring a signature from a neighbour; building manager, or other person at a neighbouring address.
Direct Signature Required -
Someone at the recipient's address may sign for the delivery. If no one is at the address, Fedex may re-attempt the delivery next working day.
Adult Signature Required -
Fedex will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address who is at least the age of majority in the destination country. Government-issued photo identification of other identification customarily accepted by the local authorities is required. For Canadian deliveriesm the recipient must be 19 years of age and the present government issued photo identification.
