The attached is your door to airport calculator (should you need door to door please send your request to me and I will assist in providing destination costing)
This is only for exports and we will continue to manage your import quotes separately
Please use this calculator moving forward for the lanes that are available
Any confirmed shipments using these rates should have all details sent to myself with the details of the shipment and the door to door cost you have been provided so we can confirm and book in collection
This will help to lift the volume of quotes currently being managed by the pricing team and reduce waiting time and delays in receiving your rates back
Please do not change any of the data other than on the front page with regards to pieces, weight and destination

Due to recent change in Legislation by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) from 04/06/2014 goods that cannot be security screened by x-ray will no longer undergo REST screening, shipments that fail x-ray must be re-routed via a European departure airport which will result in delays and additional charges.
Please note that if your cargo is too dense/large to x-ray the quotation you have received may not be valid and a re-quote will be provided should this situation occur.
MAXIMUM DIMENSION FOR X-RAY ARE 180cm’s wide by 180cm’s high. Density cannot always be determined until we attempt to x-ray the cargo, if you are aware that your cargo may be dense please notify us immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements on your quotation.
